We support children, adolescents, adults etc. (essentially all ages), with a wide range of mental health presentations. Some of these presentations being Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Autism etc.

Q. Can I use private health insurance to cover my consultation fees?

That depends on the type of cover that you have with your insurer. Please speak with your insurer, as they can better advise if you’re eligible for a psychological rebate.

Q. Do I need a referral to see a psychologist at CLEAR MINDSET?

No, you don’t need a referral to book an appointment with our psychologist. Engaging our services is as ‘EASY AS’: 1 – Call/Visit your GP, and if eligible, obtain a MHCP, 2 – Make a booking with us, and 3 – Complete our mandatory form(s). If you’re unsure/confused, call us and we will do the rest!

Q. What level/years of experience does CLEAR MINDSET have?

Our principal psychologist has over 22years experience as a professional (more than 17years in disability (Yep – The principal was around well before the NDIS scheme)). The principal has helped thousands through 1-2-1 sessions and/or assessments (etc.). The principals level of experience is akin to a 2-star General (or greater than 7th-Dan Black Belt).

So, pick your master/coach/therapist/mentor (etc.) wisely!

Q. Do you have any customer testimonials?

We receive great feedback from our customers, however, this/these are not for public display. Certain legislation, for a regulated health service, forbids this practice.

Q. Do you bulk bill?

Sorry, we don’t bulk bill. However, we process your rebate (FOR FREE) and WE VALUE ADD!
